18th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited (NICL)

The 18th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited has been successfully held on June 14, 2017 at 11.00 A.M. at Trust Milonayaton, Old Airport Road, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka. Mr. A.K.M. Monirul Hoque, Chairman & Founder Chairman of the Company and Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) presided over the meeting. He has highlighted the Companys success and future planning. Directors, Mr. Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Mr. Nazrul Islam Khan (Rep. ICB), Mr. Md. Siddiqur Rahman (Rep. FAS Finance), Independent Directors Mr. Md. Mamunur Rashid & Dr. Md. Akram Hossain and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. S.M. Mahbubul Karim were also present in the meeting. The Company Secretary of Nitol Insurance Co. Ltd. has conducted the meeting. The meeting approved 13% Stock Dividend for the year 2016 for all the Shareholders of the Company. A considerable numbers of shareholders were present in the meeting and took part in the discussion.
